About me
With two decades of deep-rooted experience in semiconductor manufacturing, my journey spans from developing C# solutions on the factory floor to directing enterprise systems that drive $2B+ in annual revenue. I've seen what happens when integration fails at scale, and I've built the infrastructure to make sure it doesn't.
Today I lead a team of 10 developers, and I'm bringing AI into how we work. In a manufacturing environment where security and compliance come first, that means starting with approved tools, proving value on real tasks, and building habits the team can keep โ not chasing every new model.
Core Enterprise Expertise:
- C# / .NET โ since 2003
- MS SQL / T-SQL
- webMethods (Software AG)
- SAP
- B2B / EDI Integration
- MES Systems
What I'm Building Now:
- AI adoption for my dev team
- An always-on Claude Code agent on a recycled MacBook
- A daily semiconductor news brief, fully automated
- A personal knowledge system on Obsidian
I try everything on my own work first. What survives gets brought to the team.
Now
